Besides the heavyweight title match between UFC champion Randy “The Natural” Couture and Brock Lesnar, little has been said about the fights scheduled for UFC 91. Recently Demian Maia confirmed, via the TUF interviews with Tatame, that he would be fighting at UFC 91 against Nate Quarry.

Both fighters will be coming off victories, with Maia winning a submission over Jason MacDonald while Nate Quarry last fought the now infamous Kalib Starnes. Maia is a coach for Frank Mir’s team, and here’s the quote:

“I didn’t study his fights yet, I’ll receive a DVD with his fights, but I only watch my opponents’ fights when the fight gets closer. I?m training a lot my stand up game like for the last fight, but every time I can I do some BJJ trainings.”
