Jason MacDonald is set to take on Nate”Rock” Quarry at UFC 97 which takes place on April 18 from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada and features a main event bout between Chuck”The Iceman” Liddell and Mauricio”Shogun” Rua.

UFC 97 will be the second foray into Canada, and should be a very well-viewed show, if the first time is any indication. MacDonald has been up and down, and will be looking to recover from a first round loss to Wilson Gouveia. Quarry for his part is also coming off a loss, his coming at the hands of BJJ superman Demian Maia at UFC 91.
