The UFC handed out Fight Night Bonuses to Nate Diaz, Jeremy Stephens, Nate Quarry and Tim Credeur, each earning $30,000.

Diaz earned the “Submission of the Night” bonus for his win over Melvin Guillard in the main event. Diaz earned a second-round submission via guillotine choke after suffering through a lot of damage in the first round. The victory ended a two-fight losing streak for Diaz.

This Bonus was the fifth consecutive “Fight Night” bonus for Diaz.

Stephens won the “Knockout of the Night” bonus for his first-round TKO (due to a cut) of Justin Buccholz. With no other knockouts occurring during the event, Stephens earned the bonus by default.

Finally, Quarry and Credeur were favorites for the “Fight of the Night” bonus as soon as their three-round battle ended. The middleweight match-up kicked off the televised portion of the event and featured multiple knockdowns for each fighter. Quarry earned a unanimous decision over Credeur 29-28, 29-27, 29-28.
