Welterweight fighter Joe ‘Diesel’ Riggs (30-10(1)) will see his next fight on Dec. 4 at the “Rage in the Cage 138″ event in Mesa, Arizona. This will be Riggs seventeenth appearance with the RITC organization where he will face Eric Regan (13-15) in the main event.

Riggs last three bouts have been with the Strikeforce organization winning the past two bouts against Phil Baroni in June of this year and Luke Stewart in Nov. of last year. The welterweight is rumored to fight for the Strikeforce welterweight title on Jan. 30 and face Jay Hieron, or possibly Nick Diaz.

Regan has gone 1-2 in his past three fights, defeating David Barnes on Nov. 7 at a RITC 136 event. Almost all of Regan’s professional career has been with the RITC promotion.
